Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Call Assist ("we", "us"). By installing or using Call Assist you agree to them.
1. What Call Assist is
Call Assist is software for licensed life insurance agents. It shows a live transcript, pulls client details from the call, runs quotes on carriers' own quoting tools and helps fill carrier e-applications. It is a helper. You, the licensed agent, are responsible for every quote, application, answer and sale.
2. We never sign or submit applications
Call Assist never signs or submits an application. You review every page and submit it yourself. Quotes come from the carriers' own tools. We do not give underwriting decisions and we do not guarantee any quote, premium, approval or policy. Always confirm on the carrier's site.
3. Your compliance
You use your own carrier logins, accounts and phone. You are responsible for following all laws and rules that apply to you, including the TCPA and do-not-call rules, state insurance laws and licensing, each carrier's rules, and getting any consent needed to record or transcribe calls.
4. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Call Assist for each paid or trial seat. A seat is for one agent and may be used on up to 2 computers. You may not copy, share, resell, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass or remove the license check. We own the software; you get a license to use it, not ownership.
5. Subscription, free trial and cancelling

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. There is no call-hours limit.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
- After the trial, your plan renews each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time.
- Agency plans are billed per seat. Enterprise overage is billed per extra agent as set in your quote.
- Refunds follow our Refund policy.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
6. Carriers and trademarks
Call Assist is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any insurance carrier. Americo, Transamerica, Corebridge, Mutual of Omaha and other carrier names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the carriers' sites.
7. No warranties
Call Assist is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Carrier websites change, and features may stop working until we update them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost sales, commissions, profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end your access for nonpayment or misuse, including breaking section 4. You may stop using Call Assist and cancel at any time.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email you about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Call Assist after that means you accept the changes.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Okaloosa County, Florida.
